Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once payment (or the deposit shown at checkout) has been received. The remaining balance, if any, is due on arrival unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. From 14 days before arrival, 100% of the total price is charged. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the email address below.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is until 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Guests & Occupancy
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for Villa Tomito at the time of booking.
Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
